Research School on Sustainable Development and Poverty Reduction: Call for Applications

The Institute of Statistical, Economic and Social Research (ISSER) in collaboration with the School of Graduate Studies, University of Ghana, and the universities of Lund, Gothenburg, and Uppsala is organizing a Methodology and Field Studies in Development Research School for doctoral researchers in Ghana. The research school deals with sustainable development and poverty reduction in low-income countries, with a particular focus on aspects of governance, power, and inequality.

The Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER) has launched the 2022 edition of the Ghana Social Development Outlook (GDSO), a biennial report analyzing the country’s progress across key social development indicators. Produced by the Social Division of ISSER, the report seeks to promote evidence-led decision-making for enhanced development and social well-being.
