- Complete the booking form upon confirmation of the availability of the venue
- Proceed with payment (through bank transfer/ at the accounts office) upon receiving an invoice
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Payment is required at least two (2) weeks before the event.

Cancellation two (2) weeks before the scheduled date will not attract any fee
-
Cancellation within ten (10) days of the scheduled date will attract a fine of 20% of the total booking.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled date will attract 100% of the amount paid for one day.

Staying beyond the approval hours of the programme will attract additional charges.
CHARGE AGAINST DAMAGES/RESTORATION
Please note that clients will deposit a refundable amount of GH 100.00 per booking against any damage or cost of restoration.
