Dr Guillaume Soullier is a researcher specialized in Agricultural Economics. He works at CIRAD, the French research centre for agricultural development, whose mandate is to produce and disseminate knowledge and innovations and contribute to capacity building in support of agricultural development in southern countries. Dr Guillaume Soullier is been posted to ISSER since 2021. Before obtaining a Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Economics at Montpellier University, he worked for NGOs in Senegal, Haïti, and Afghanistan, with a focus on farmers’ income. His research interests include food chains upgrading, farmers strategies, policy analysis and impact assessments. Dr Guillaume Soullier has several publications about rice value chains in West Africa.
