Prof. Peter Quartey welcomes participants, encouraging them to immerse themselves in ISSER's conducive learning environment.

At a brief opening ceremony, ISSER Director Prof. Peter Quartey, alongside Short Courses Coordinator Dr. Cynthia Addoquaye Tagoe and faculty members, warmly welcomed participants. Prof.  Quartey assured them of a valuable and engaging training experience.

Led by renowned M&E expert and ISSER Adjunct Scholar Dr. David Ameyaw, who is also the CEO of the International Center for Evaluation and Development (ICED), this intensive training bridges the gap between theory and practice in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) within the public and private sectors. The course covers fundamental concepts and tools for monitoring and evaluating development programmes and provides a practical understanding of how to design, build, and implement effective M&E plans. These skills are crucial for strategic and effective management decision-making in public and private organisations across Africa.
