Dr. David Sarfo Ameyaw

Dr. David Sarfo Ameyaw, is currently the CEO/President of International Center for Evaluation and Development and Adjunct Scholar, ISSER, University of Ghana. A board member of both BASIS Assets and Market Access Innovation Board and ATAI. He has worked as Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation Director for the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). Prior to this, he had been working as the Acting Senior Director in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Economics Unit of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in Washington, DC. Dr.

Prof. Robert Darko Osei

Robert Darko Osei is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, Legon, and also the Vice Dean for the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Ghana. Robert has published widely in edited volumes and top international journals. His main areas of research include evaluative poverty and rural research, macro and micro implications of fiscal policies, aid effectiveness and other economic development policy concerns. He is currently involved in a number of research projects in Ghana, Niger, Burkina Faso and Mali.

Rev. Prof. A. Y. Owusu

Adobea Yaa Owusu is a Professor of Medical Sociology and Public Health at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research at the University of Ghana, Legon. She has a Bachelor of Science in Home Science (Honors) (Family & Society Option) and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana. She also has an MA in Medical Sociology and a Ph.D. with a major in Medical Sociology (minors in Public Health and Demography) from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, USA.

Prof. Augustin K. Fosu

Augustin FOSU is Professor, Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. He is also holds a number of (honorary) appointments, including: Extraordinary Professor, Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, University of Pretoria, South Africa; BWPI Research Associate, University of Manchester, UK; and CSAE Research Associate, University of Oxford, UK.

Prof. William F. Steel

William Steel is currently Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research, University of Ghana, teaching microfinance and consulting for the World Bank and the International Fund for Agricultural Development. He has worked on micro and small enterprise development, micro and rural finance, the informal economy, industrialization, solar energy, and other topics in Ghana, Uganda and other African countries.
