Conference Facility

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1.  All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.  Payment is required at least two (2) weeks before the event.

  2.  Cancellation two (2) weeks to the scheduled date will not attract any fee

  3.  Cancellation within ten (10) days to the scheduled date will attract a fine of 20% of the total booking. 

  4.  Cancellation within 24 hours to the scheduled date will attract 100% of the amount paid for one day.  

  5.  Staying  beyond the approval hours of the programme will attract additional charges.

CHARGE AGAINST DAMAGES/RESTORATION

Please note that all Clients will in addition be charged a refundable deposit of $100.00 per booking against any damages or cost of restoration.

  3. Executive Chairs for platform guests
  4. (Clients are to provide chairs and tables for refreshments)

  7. Public Address system
  8. Standby generator
  9. Pagodas for refreshments (at no cost) where applicable

(30 participants max, social distancing) @ GH¢ 1,100 per day

(200 participants max, social distancing) @ GH¢ 2,200 per day
