The Economics Division focuses on conducting cutting-edge research to understand and address the pressing economic challenges facing Ghana, Africa, and the global community. The division’s work encompasses a wide range of topics, including macroeconomic policy, international trade, public finance, poverty and inequality, and labor economics. Through rigorous data analysis and policy-oriented studies, we aim to provide evidence-based insights that inform both governmental and private-sector decision-making, contributing to sustainable economic growth and development.
