Executive Leadership Programme in Monitoring and Evaluation for Public and Private Sectors

Course Description

This intensive training bridges the gap between theory and practice in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across the public and private sectors. It covers fundamental concepts and tools for monitoring and evaluating development programmes, while providing practical understanding of how to design, build, and implement effective M&E plans for strategic management decision-making in public and private organisations in Africa.

Duration: Monday, June 1 – Friday, June 12, 2026

Application Deadline: Monday, May 25, 2026

Course Fee: GH¢10,100

Research Methodology and Report Writing

Course Description

This course provides an overview of the entire research process, from proposal development to research report writing. It includes current data collection and analysis techniques in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Duration: Monday, November 2 – Friday, November 6, 2026

Application Deadline: Monday, October 26, 2026

Course Fee: GH¢5,000

Data Management and Analysis

Course Description

This course focuses on the basic principles and methods of data processing, including data entry, cleaning, verification, and statistical data analysis applicable across various fields of study. Emphasis is placed on selecting appropriate methods for specific datasets and interpreting results effectively.

Duration: Monday, November 9 – Friday, November 13, 2026

Application Deadline: Monday, November 2, 2026

Course Fee: GH¢5,500

Project Cycle Management

Course Description

This course provides practical knowledge and skills for effectively managing projects from inception through implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. It is taught by senior academics, experienced project planners, and M&E specialists, combining theory with computer-based project cycle management tools.

Duration: Monday, November 23 – Friday, November 27, 2026

Application Deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026

Course Fee: GH¢5,000
