PhD Student

Suglo-Konbo Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Planning and a Master’s degree in Development Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, where her research investigates the relationship between basic water services and social capital in Ghana.

Her research and professional interests span Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), food security, institutional strengthening, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems.
Suglo-Konbo’s publications include studies on farmer-managed natural regeneration and its implications for food security, the role of WASH in schistosomiasis prevention among caregivers in endemic communities in Ghana and assessment of WASH in Health Care Facilities within Schistosomiasis Endemic Districts in Ghana.
