This facility is especially well-suited for academic conferences, policy dialogues, stakeholder meetings, public lectures, and corporate events that involve a larger audience. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event date.
- Cancellation made two (2) weeks before the scheduled date will not attract any fee.
- Cancellation made within ten (10) days of the scheduled date will attract a charge of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled date will attract a charge of 100% of the amount paid for one day.
- Staying beyond the approved hours of the programme will attract additional charges.
Clients are required to pay a refundable deposit of GH₵100.00 per booking to cover any damage or restoration costs, where applicable.
