This cluster focuses on environmental sustainability and the governance systems that mediate climate and energy transitions. It responds to Ghana’s and Africa’s growing need for science‑informed strategies on adaptation, resilience, and equitable energy systems. Members engage in climate policy, environmental governance, natural resource transitions, and emerging green/blue economic pathways. It brings together expertise in human geography, environmental policy, and resource governance to support theoretically informed and policy‑relevant research on adaptation, resilience, and green/blue economic transformation.
