Maame Esi Affadu-Danful is a proactive Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana. As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Ghana, with other academic backgrounds in Administrative Management and Sociology & Philosophy from the University of Ghana, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She has developed strong expertise in office management, enabling her to provide strategic and results-driven administrative support to the Graduate Programmes at ISSER for a transformative student experience. She has successfully supported the coordination of graduate academic activities, improved workflow efficiency through effective administrative systems, and strengthened communication between students, faculty, and stakeholders for the successful delivery of ISSER’s academic and administrative objectives.
